Thahab is an online platform that connects you with stores and products across Bahrain. We help you shop safely and conveniently, but we don’t own or sell the products listed by our partnered stores.

2. Using Thahab

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date info.
• Respect local laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or cancel orders if we detect misuse or violations.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed on Thahab are binding once confirmed.
• Payment can be made through secure gateways provided on the platform.
• Thahab does not store your card details – we use licensed payment providers compliant with Bahrain’s Central Bank (CBB) regulations.
• You will receive confirmation and order details by email or SMS.

4. Fees

• As a user, you will not be charged any platform fees.Product prices and delivery charges are shown clearly before checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Each store has its own return and refund policy, which you can view before buying. In general:M

• If a product is defective, not as described, or arrives damaged, you can request a return.
• You must submit return requests within the window provided by the seller.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method or by other means the platform sees fit..

Thahab helps facilitate but is not responsible for the seller’s return approval.

6. Disputes & Support

If something goes wrong, contact our support team first — we’re here to help.
In case of a dispute, we’ll act as a neutral party between you and the store to find a fair solution.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your data is handled according to Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
We only collect what we need to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and never sell your information.

8. Platform Updates & Changes

9. Limitation of Liability

Thahab acts solely as an intermediary platform between users and independent third-party stores. While we strive to ensure a reliable experience, we are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products sold by third-party stores.
• Delays, damages, or losses arising from delivery or seller actions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support@thahab.app. Upon closure, we may retain necessary data only as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Any legal matters will be handled by the relevant courts in Bahrain.
