Thahab Cancellation Policy

Thahab is a platform that connects users with independent stores. As a facilitator, Thahab does not directly approve or manage cancellations after an order has been confirmed by the store.
Users may cancel their order directly through the Thahab App as long as the order status has not yet been marked as “Confirmed” (i.e., accepted and being processed by the store).
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests must be made directly with the store.
Stores reserve the right to cancel orders if:
Items are out of stock.
There is an issue with payment verification.
Delivery is not possible to the provided address.
